When it comes to executing our shared vision, I guide lean, cross-platform product and UX teams in translating strategy into actionable roadmaps—driving agile prioritization, enabling self-serve access to critical insights, and championing a unified design system grounded in user-centered principles. This structure ensures we can move quickly, make informed decisions, and deliver consistent, high-quality experiences at scale.

This approach proved essential during one of the highlights of my career: fast-tracking the international expansion of Paramount+ D2C SVOD across 23 markets in eight months. Because our teams were aligned around a clear roadmap and empowered with unified Agile processes, we were able to integrate region-specific payment systems, adapt UX for local audiences, and navigate regulatory, tax, and compliance hurdles—ultimately delivering a seamless global rollout.
